Bio on Jesse Dill

Jesse Dill is a Shareholder in the Milwaukee office of Ogletree Deakins, a national labor and employment law firm with offices across the country and abroad. 

Jesse focuses his practice assisting clients facing union elections, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and navigating union relationships under the National Labor Relations Act. To compliment this labor experience, Jesse routinely defends employers in class and collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Jesse also serves as outside general counsel to many businesses, large and small, on labor and employment law matters.

 Jesse has been quoted by CNN, Fortunate, Bloomberg Law, and Law 360 for his legal experience on issues related to the workplace. You can also regularly catch Jesse as co-host of the popular, bi-monthly Ogletree webinar series, What’s Trending in Labor and Employment Law, which provides a summary of hot topics in the workplace.

 He is always in search of good book, movie, and streaming series recommendations and is excited to be with us today.

Suzanne Watson

Bio on Suzanne Watson

Suzanne Watson is Of Counsel in the Milwaukee office of Ogletree Deakins, a national labor and employment law firm with offices across the country and abroad. 

Suzanne devotes a substantial amount of her practice to: (1) counseling clients on and drafting restrictive covenant agreements and litigating trade secret, noncompetition, and related claims; and (2) defending employers of all sizes against a full range of employment claims, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts. Suzanne also defends employers in class and collective actions regarding a wide variety of wage and hour topics, as well as counsels clients on a range of human resource matters, including leave, accommodations, hiring, discipline and discharge.

 In her free time, Suzanne is an avid hiker and backpacker, and she is very pleased to be with us today.

This session is pending for SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) and HRCI re-certification credits.
