Bio on Beth Aldana
Beth Aldana is an Operational Excellence Services Leader & Senior Consultant with 20+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Engineering Leadership. Known for her "superpower" to bring clarity to complexity, Beth excels at leading people and processes from the shop floor to the C-suite for peak performance. She specializes in Lean Manufacturing, Leadership Coaching, and Project/Program Management, always driving results with empathy, precision, and purpose. Beth currently works as the Operational Excellence Services Leader at WMEP.
