Legal Update

with Jesse Dill

For this annual SRKA tradition, Jesse will help attendees ring in the new year by reviewing the biggest labor and employment law headlines of 2024. Topics will include litigation trends, agency developments, major case law developments, artificial intelligence developments, predictions for 2025 and more! As always, Jesse’s presentation will include humor and audience polling so attendees will learn the “pulse” of SRKA members on key issues. This is always a popular session for us.  Register today and be sure not to miss out on the informative fun!

 Attendees can expect to learn:

    •  Equal Rights Division, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, and National Labor Relations Board guidance and filing trends.
    • The latest new technology available to employers (and employees) and federal, state, and local laws that may apply to them.
    • Potential impacts of the 2024 elections on labor and employment law.
